Coining Technologies Inc. manufactures a large variety of drawn metal frame products used by the hybrid microelectronics industry to manufacture hermetic packages. The frames are usually made in a square or rectangular outline, and can have holes pierced in all sides if necessary for glass-to-metal or ceramic-to-metal sealing of pins. The frames are most often manufactured from CRS, stainless steel, Kovar or copper material, but other materials can be used as well. Hole diameters and locations can be custom made to your specifications. Frames heights can also be specified, with superior flatness, parallelism and perpendicularity achieved by the use of highly accurate SpeedFam through-feed grinding equipment.
