Martin G. Rosansky
Martin G. Rosansky is the President and a Director of Coining Technologies, Inc. Mr. Rosansky is also the co-founder of ID Systems Inc. and had served as its Secretary and Director. ID Systems Inc., a public company, designs, develops and produces innovative wireless monitoring and tracking systems. In March 1991, Martin Rosansky co-founded and served as the Vice-Chairman of Ultralife Batteries, Inc., a battery manufacturer. Mr. Rosansky also co-founded Zatec, a manufacturer of components for copying machines and co-founded Power Conversion, Inc., a manufacturer of lithium batteries for the military. Mr. Rosansky served as Power Conversion Inc.'s Chairman of the Board, Secretary and Treasurer from 1970 to January 1986. Mr. Rosansky earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Polytechnic Institute of Brooklyn.
Raymond Reboli
Raymond Reboli (Ray) joined Coining Technologies, Inc. in 2007 and serves as their GM and VP of Operations. Mr. Reboli holds a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. Mr. Reboli has more than 30 years experience and proven success in Plant Management, Production/Operations Management, Project Management, Tooling Management and Manufacturing Engineering. He has a sound record of achievement in conventional manufacturing and Just-in-Time manufacturing including plant layout and plant manufacturing conversion. He has developed strong planning, scheduling, purchasing, inventory control and negotiating skills gained from hands-on managerial assignments working for OEM and custom-designed equipment manufacturers as well as manufacturing parts suppliers.
Dennis Decker
Dennis Decker is the Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Coining Technologies, Inc. Mr. Decker has held his current position at Coining Technologies since 2007. After receiving his BA degree from Rutgers University, Mr. Decker decided his communication and technical skills were well suited to a career in sales and marketing. Over the last 30 years he has been able to hone his management and communications abilities while holding increasingly responsible sales and marketing management positions in the electronics, microelectronics and semiconductor industries. In addition to supervising Coining Technologies' sales staff, he regularly meets with and maintains a close relationship with both domestic and international customers as well as Coining Technologies' network of product representatives.
Michael Grissom
Michael Grissom is the Controller of Coining Technologies, Inc. Mr. Grissom joined Coining Technologies in 1990 after serving previously as Treasury Manager for a large international corporation manufacturing industrial equipment. Mr. Grissom has more than 35 years of experience in accounting and financial management. He received his BS degree in Business Administration from Memphis University.
Jeffrey Jagid
Jeffrey Jagid has been a director of Coining Technologies, Inc. since 2001. Mr. Jagid has been the Chief Executive Officer of ID Systems Inc. since 2000. Prior to that he served as ID Systems' Chief Operating Officer, Director, and General Counsel. ID Systems produces wireless monitoring and tracking systems. Mr. Jagid received a Bachelor Degree of Business Administration from Emory University in 1991 and Juris Doctorate degree from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 1994. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Jagid was a corporate litigation associate at the law firm of Tannenbaum Helpern Syracuse & Hirschtritt LLP, in New York City. He is a member of the Bar of the States of New York and New Jersey.
George Lane
George Lane has been a Director of Coining Technologies, Inc. since 1991. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in engineering from Carnegie Mellon University in 1990, an MS in Engineering from Polytechnic Institute of Brooklyn, and an MBA from St. John's University. Mr. Lane co-founded Zatec, a manufacturer of copying machine components. He also founded and was President of EMCA, a company that manufactured materials for hybrid microelectronics. Mr. Lane holds several patents in the field and is the author of numerous articles. He is a founding member of the Society of Hybrid Microelectronics, a Fellow of the Society and recipient of the highest award offered.
