Transistor Outline (TO) packages are stamped, coined or drawn metal components which have "standard" dimensional outlines commonly used in the semiconductor industry for the hermetic packaging of integrated circuits. Coining Technologies has tooling for thousands of combinations of transistor package OD's, pin/hole locations and diameters to accommodate the requirements of our customers. Custom and semi-custom sizes and configurations are available. Standard materials used include CRS, stainless steel, Kovar, Alloy 52, Alloy 42 and copper.
